Mason Sets the Price

Gentleman of Mod 26 LP
Our buddy Mason from Lane Park called me today and he set the price for the Plasma and Surround Sound System:
$2500
Now, I have not done any research on it, but I think that this price is pretty steep. I'm looking to pay $1500 max. GMP?

Getting the "Edge"

Being the prolific bloggers that we are, I figured it might not be a bad idea to try and syndicate with other great blogging individuals such as ourselves. I know mr. El Miz and AGS also have blogs of their own (fine works I might add), but I would like to draw the attention of Lane Park residents to one of the greatest business minds that this world has ever seen:

Mr. Scott Bradley, ladies and gentlemen:

Scott, as you may or may not know, is the author of the blog scottgbradley.blogspot.com. Scott is also the author of the Heights column, "The Entrepreneurial Edge." AO and I were discussing the other day how influential Scott's ideas really are. For example, Scott offers incredible insight into the inner workings of business that people with over 50 years of experience I am sure do not even know of!!!

For example, Scott evangelizes how, "Increased sales will lead to increased revenue for your company!" Scott also advises that " A successful product is much better than a failed product!"

I must have been going at it all wrong, let me tell you. This kid knows it all!!!

Therefore, I highly recommend that we form some partnership with this "business wonderkind" of sorts, as he can only bring fame and fortune to Lane Park.

Hopefully he could offer us some revolutionary advice such as, "If you have more cash coming in than going out you will make money!"

RIGHT ON BABY!

"Are You Fired Up Because I'm Fired UP!!!!"

Up until now 26 Lane Park (26lanepark.blogspot.com) was the only senior residence to be bold enough to venture into blog territory.

In an effort to rival the "dieselness" of Lane Park, Modular ("Mod") 8A has decided to start a blog of their own. Please check it out

Power Moves

I went over to LP today and talked to one of the guys, Mason. He said that he is not sure how much they want to sell the TV and surround sound for, but I gave him my number and I got his and he said he will get back to me in the next couple of days. I'll keep you guys updated.

More Thoughts for the Snappa League

Just talking with P, we came up with the idea that the leader in sinks every semester should get a golden pint glass, which he plays with in front of him every game, becoming a) something of a marked man but also b) it serves like the Yellow jersey in the Tour De France.

Whoever finishes with most sinks at the end of this semseter (I hear its between Donley and Andy) will have it for the first semester next yr, when the BC Snappa League commences.

Another idea, I think the venues should rotate. Obviously LP will be a proud host (and probably the preeminent spot), but I think playing at the Wade Street house where Ramon, BH, Dishaw, and Ray are living should be looked into, as well as playing in the Mods just to shove it in the face of the System.

At the end of the first semester, the Golden Pint will be passed onto (or kept, depending on what goes down) to the leader of sinks for the first semester.

PINT?

Foosball

Recently I have come to discover the greatness of Foosball. Fast, funk, and good while imbibing brews or toking ELs. One of these tables resides in Southold, and I plan on driving it up to Boston at some point in the semster.

Foozeball will be played at Lane Park. Pint agree?

PS redheadted has gone on record as saying he will make a power move and go to 26 lane park to negotiate for the TV.

Flat Screen and Surround Sound

Fellas,

I know much has gone into preparation for Lane Park, but clearly the first order of business is sending a business entourage to 26 Lane Park bottom apartment and negotiating a price for that amazing flat screen TV and surround sound. I think it is well worth it to buy since we can just sell it to whoever rents from LP next year. It is the most ballin set up on earth. Could somebody take care of this?
