Gentleman of Mod 26 LP
Our buddy Mason from Lane Park called me today and he set the price for the Plasma and Surround Sound System:
$2500
Now, I have not done any research on it, but I think that this price is pretty steep. I'm looking to pay $1500 max. GMP?

I say we counter-offer with $2000 and see where he budges. That would be $400 per person, the current price is $500 per. Basically an extra month or so of rent.
Plus we can sell it next yr for the exact same price to whoever moves in. Its a pretty baller system, I've been in there when its on. I say we negotiate and purchase it, its well worth it (and the sell-back factor is hard to pass up as well).
just want to say that we can't guaranteed sell it for anything. What if 4 chicks are moving in next year? Or a family, whatever. They're not gonna want this system for 2 grand. I say we offer 1500, and tell them thats all we can come up with.
i think its best to check the actual street price and offer that. find out what kind of shit they have in terms of model and make and what not and see what thast going for, if it costs 3 grand they're offering 2500 then its a good deal. we dont have to offer to ppl moving in we can sell it on ebay
