Loving the blog, I think this is a great idea, a great forum, for the exchange of ideas.
Regarding the parties, I love it. Think the idea is great. Mark this one on the calendar: LP Thanksgiving dinner. $15 and its all you can eat and drink (for non-residents). Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc. A few kegs of fine beers. Monday night before Thanksgiving. VIP list only.
LP should represent not only Anti-System beliefs but Class as well. These will be formal affairs, with good beers and a good atmosphere and environment. No sweaty, drunken nonsense. We will leave that for the Mods.
LP will be the place of the Kickback.
Specifically, the basement will be the place of the Kickback.
The back corner of the basement den I think could be the fulfillment of the Gerald Confessional. Drape a tapestry, I think we can even fit a hammock down there. I have the video camera and everything.
Good Food + Good Beer + Kickbacks + Confessional + VIP Lounge + Class = Lane Park
