cleaning
I think it would not be a bad idea to get a cleaning lady to come every sunday and clean the place up. It would probably only cost $10 per person per week. Let me know what you boys think.
This might not be mandatory. If we all don't live like slobs and take care of the dishes, there's no reason we need to pay to have a clean place. I have no problem with getting a service after a rowdy weekend, but I don't think we need it every week. That's kinda pathetic.

Stop being cowards and pick up after yourselves. Put your dishes in the dishwasher and poop in the trashcan, everything will be just fine.
