Bailamos
While running through my thoughts yesterday, I realized that we are all friends with a master musician, Richard Tranter, and I think that Lane Park needs to take advantage of that. Therefore, I think it would be a great idea to have Richard Tranter over every 2 weeks or so to spin some beats and create a good party atmosphere. Richard has agreed to do it, so all we need to do is make it feasible. And, that shouldn’t be a problem for five ballers like ourselves.

i fully endorse noise proofing the basement. we can have a full on dance party down there, all 5 LP residents, dicky T, a select few VIP male members and a whole bevy of fine bc b-z's (that is an oxymoron i know) cutting the rug to the funky beats that tranter spins.
Tranter is a coward. YEA RICH, I hope you read that!
